Fast-tax now offers a new training format designed for entry-level trust and estate professionals. Our new format focuses on preparing fiduciary accountings and estate tax returns. We will devote an entire day to the "how-to's" of fiduciary accountings and another day to estate taxation.  These sessions will also include training on our accounting and 706 products.

Fiduciary Accounting - What This Course Covers:

• What is a fiduciary accounting?
• How to record various types of receipts and disbursements
• Basis for allocating receipts and disbursements between income and principal.
• Balancing the account.
• Finalizing the account.

706 Death Tax - What This Course Covers:

• What is an estate tax return?
• How to value assets for date of death purposes.
• Alternate value election (the effect of dispositions during the alternate value period).
• Deductions on Form 706.
• Bequests to surviving spouse and charity.
• Interrelated computations.
• Generation skipping transfer tax.

Cost:  $375.00 for each class or $600 for both FAS and 706

Classes start promptly at 9:00 AM and are scheduled to end at 3:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration up to 14 days before the training. Your registration fee will be refunded less a nominal enrollment charge of $30.00 per class. If you need to cancel less than 14 days prior to the training, you may send a substitute from your organization.
